What exactly is a waterdrop®?

A waterdrop® is a small, sugar-free cube that dissolves in water to create a delicious drink enriched with fruit and plant extracts as well as valuable vitamins.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Are your products sugar-free and vegan?

Yes, all our Microdrink, Microtea, and Microenergy cubes are 100% sugar-free, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free, making them suitable for most dietary requirements.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for all unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened.

How do I clean my waterdrop® glass or steel bottle?

Our glass bottles are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing the bamboo caps. Our stainless steel bottles should be hand-washed to preserve the powder coating and vacuum insulation.
