We want you to love every sip of your waterdrop experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unopened waterdrop packs and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
